Peer Review Process

Each paper submitted to the editor will undergo a preliminary assessment by the Editorial Board. The manuscript will next be sent to peer reviewers for a second round of blind peer review. Following that, the author's paper will be returned to him or her for revision. It takes a lot of time to produce a high-quality article.
Peer reviewers will evaluate the article's substance and technical quality.
